Residence Inn By Marriott Rapid City

Everything was great, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The lobby had good hot meals for breakfast. All the personnel was excellent friendly. The hotel had particularly good location very close to the major attractions, and Keystone and other Black Hills communities. It also was right off We-90.

We were in a hurry and missed the continental breakfast. Enjoyed a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room.

Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was spacious with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The fitness center was nice for a quick workout, and the breakfast featured tasty options. The location was super convenient to local attractions.

The king studio with city view was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up. The breakfast bar had a great selection, and the kitchen staff were super courteous. We loved how close it was to local attractions.

Great stay for the fam!

Spent 4 nights in a spacious room that was super clean. The breakfast was a bit of a zoo every morning, but it was tasty and quick. Shoutout to the kitchen team for the yummy food! Only thing was the WiFi was kinda weak, but we managed. Great vibes and staff!

Despite requesting a quiet room in advance, I ended up next to a busy highway, frustrating. Parking spots were cramped was good, and the light fixture over the table was dim and remained unaddressed despite my request for a replacement.

It was just a great match for a quick layover in Rapid City with reasonable value. The staff were friendly and efficient at reception. Make sure to arrive early as parking fills up fast.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, coffee shop, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped my elderly parents with care. I appreciate their fantastic service. Highly recommend it for a stress-free trip!

Parking spots need to be larger!!! Entrance doors should be secure at all times!!! Inconsistent water pressure in showers needs addressing!!! Cleaning of common areas needs improvement!!!
